Helping my clients from North Carolina shop for homes in the Mill Creek area of Washington has been fun and challenging, especially considering they've never been here. I'm getting great experience taking videos! Thankfully I've helped other clients re-locate and they still are happily living in the neighborhood I recommended once I asked them many questions about their preferences. 

Here are some great resources I provide for my clients about Mill Creek, WA. One focus they have is finding a very safe place with good schools.

Don't go here on a diet!    An advantage of driving many neighborhoods with and for clients is discovering delightful things to do. This restaurant is one of them! We've also lived nearby so got a taste of the many options in the lovely Mill Creek Town Center. When this place opened, we saw it was regularly packed. Then we found out why. Tapas (meaning appetizers or small plates).   Live music on weekends? More parking? Yeah...those are nice. But the FOOD. It's just something you'll have to check out and look at my picture - need I say more?

Our company receives many leads on a weekly basis from various sources, mainly people looking into a specific property. We have a great client resource management (CRM) system for lead follow-up intended to transition the leads to become clients for the agents in our office. To accomplish excellent service to these leads, this assistant needs to have the following:
