This year is the 66th Magnolia Summerfest and we can't wait!  Magnolia is a beautiful neighborhood and we look forward to both the Seafair Parade and Pet Parade every year!  There's more than just a parade too: crafts, games, food vendors, beer and wine garden, live music, dancing, and even an outdoor movie! Juanita Beach Park is a great place to take a break during the busy work day or take the kids on the weekend.  The enclosed swimming area has life guards on various shifts. You can reserve picnic areas with picnic tables that are near a playground, public dock, and even beach volleyball!  Next time you're driving through Kirkland you should stop for a break here!

The annual Taste Edmonds never disappoints! In 2018, they re-vamped some ideas to make it more local based. From a 21+ garden to the kids zone, there is something for everyone to enjoy. Getting a booth there is not hard, either. Home prices dropped from May to June in King County for the first time since the recession, as competition among buyers weakened and the number of homes for sale surged. The total inventory of homes listed for sale has now grown for three straight months on a year-over-year basis, suggesting a new trend.
