The Mukilteo Lighthouse Festival is a time-honored tradition every September at Lighthouse Park in Mukilteo. The Mukilteo Lighthouse Festival Association is an all-volunteer board and committees that help coordinate the three-day festival and Run-A-Muk, a 5K/10K race. Juanita Beach Park is a great place to take a break during the busy work day or take the kids on the weekend.  The enclosed swimming area has life guards on various shifts. You can reserve picnic areas with picnic tables that are near a playground, public dock, and even beach volleyball!  Next time you're driving through Kirkland you should stop for a break here!

The annual Taste Edmonds never disappoints! In 2018, they re-vamped some ideas to make it more local based. From a 21+ garden to the kids zone, there is something for everyone to enjoy.
