Just because you enjoy living in a small place doesn't mean you can't have a pet.  When choosing the perfect pup for your living space there are key things to consider, here are some for you to keep in mind:

  • The size of your dog - Giant paws and long legs may not be the best fit
  • A dog's energy level - A mellow breed will make for a happier pup, one that doesn't require an excessive amount of excerise
  • Noisiness - You don't need a dog that is easily startled by noises and you don't want a pup that barks at every little distrubance
  • Friendliness - It's best to find a breed that gets along and play well with others!

I'm sure you've heard that King County home prices are on the rise but how much, you say? This chart, courtesy of Seattle Times, shows exactly how high.

In short, buyers have become more aggressive. Fearing higher interest rates, they are offering high prices with less terms in the face of a record low inventory of homes. For those buyers who come to us saying, "I don't want to get into a bidding war." In this market, that's like saying, "I want to play basketball and not bounce the ball." Good luck with that!
